Vanilla, White Chocolate, and Orange Muffins for Halloween
As Halloween approaches, what better way to delight both kids and adults than by whipping up festive muffins? This recipe blends vanilla, white chocolate, and orange to create delicious pastries with sweet and indulgent flavors accentuated by a hint of citrus. Easy to make, these mini cakes are perfect for an afternoon snack or a Halloween-themed party.

Ingredients
For approximately 25 mini muffins

Butter: 200 g

Icing Sugar: 175 g

Eggs: 2 units

Milk: 150 g

Flour with Yeast: 200 g

Salt: 1 pinch

Baking Soda: 1 tsp

Vanilla Sugar: 1 packet
For the Glaze

White Chocolate:

Heavy Cream: 3 tbsp

Orange Food Coloring:

Black Decorating Gel: 1 tube

In a mixing bowl, add softened butter and icing sugar (if you don’t have time to soften the butter at room temperature or if it is still too firm, microwave it for 20 seconds at a time; it should be soft but not melted). Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is fluffy. -

Then add the eggs and continue mixing with the electric mixer. Once the mixture is well blended, add the milk and continue mixing. -

Pour the dry ingredients into the previous mixture, and gently mix until just incorporated. Distribute the batter into silicone muffin molds and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) with fan. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly in the molds before unmolding. -
To finish
When the muffins are cool, melt the cream and chocolate in a bain-marie, then add the food coloring until you achieve the desired color. Use a tablespoon to cover the muffins and let cool/harden in the refrigerator (for at least 30 minutes). Decorate with the black gel tube. Enjoy the muffins at room temperature, and store in the refrigerator.
