  • Chopped chocolate

    Roughly chopped chocolate (half white chocolate, half praline)

Liquid Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Sunflower oil

    90 ml

  • Egg

  • Liquid vanilla

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

    Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.

    Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon (no whisk necessary).

    Do NOT over-mix; just gently combine the ingredients until the flour is moistened. Any leftover flour will incorporate during baking.
