Everyone gets their own bean with this Special Children’s Galette in the shape of a crown, which guarantees no losers. With just 5 minutes of preparation and 10 minutes of baking, it’s a piece of cake. This delicious galette combines the sweetness of frangipane with the comforting taste of chocolate. Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F). Roll out your puff pastry on a work surface. Use a cookie cutter to shape into stars, flowers, etc. (around 20). Form a crown with 10 of your chosen shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Set aside the remaining 10 shapes.

For the filling: Mix the almond powder with 1 egg yolk. Add the butter, melted chocolate, and sugar. Stir well.

Place 1 teaspoon of the chocolate frangipane mixture in the center of each shape. Add 1 bean on top of each form. Then, place the second layer of puff pastry over the top and seal everything together. Brush with egg yolk mixed with a little sugar.
- Finally, bake for 10 minutes.
