  2. 2
Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and cut them into wedges.
  3. 3
On a plate, create a bed of lamb’s lettuce. Sprinkle this bed with corn kernels. Add diced feta on top.

Begin heating oil over low heat in a pan. Meanwhile, arrange the avocado strips and tomato wedges around the plate, alternating them.
  5. 5
Put the chicken breasts in the pan and cook them for 8 minutes, turning them halfway through. While they are cooking, peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Place one half of each egg in the center of each plate, and cut the other halves into wedges. Arrange the wedges around the plate in a geometric pattern for a beautiful presentation.
  6. To finish

Once cooked, cut the chicken breasts into pieces and place them around the eggs on each plate. Prepare a vinaigrette using sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add a tablespoon of vinaigrette to each plate.
