Easy Lemon Panna Cotta Recipe

  • Heavy Cream

  • Lemon

  • Gelatin

    Gelatin
    2 sheets

Preparation

    In a saucepan, gently heat the cream and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves, without boiling.

    Remove from heat and add the softened gelatin sheets (previously soaked in cold water). Add the lemon juice and zest, then mix well.

    Pour into ramekins, allow to cool at room temperature, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
