  • Egg yolk

Preparation

    Melt the Carambar candies in the cream over very low heat without boiling, then let it cool.

    Beat the egg yolks with the cooled Carambar cream, pour into ramekins, and bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 100°C (thermostat 3). Once baked, set the creams aside in the refrigerator.
