Banana, Almond, and Chocolate Cake

This cake is perfect for the whole family, soft and flavorful with a delightful banana-chocolate blend and crunchy almonds. Ingredients

  • Flour

    Flour 200 g

  • Sugar

    Sugar 150 g

  • Egg

    Egg 3 units

  • Butter

    Butter 30 g

  • Banana

    Banana 2 units

  • Almond

    Almond 125 g

  • Milk Chocolate

    Milk Chocolate 1 tablet

  • Baking Powder

    Baking Powder 1/2 packet

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Meanwhile, place the sliced bananas in a pan with a dab of butter. Sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize for 5 minutes. Then let them cool.

    In a mixing bowl, vigorously mix the 3 eggs and sugar until the mixture turns pale. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder.

    Incorporate the melted butter and mix all together. Add the cooled bananas, almonds, and pieces of chocolate bar.

  4. To finish, pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold, and bake for 40 minutes.
