Banana, Almond, and Chocolate Cake

Milk Chocolate 1 tablet

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Meanwhile, place the sliced bananas in a pan with a dab of butter. Sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize for 5 minutes. Then let them cool.

In a mixing bowl, vigorously mix the 3 eggs and sugar until the mixture turns pale. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder.

Incorporate the melted butter and mix all together. Add the cooled bananas, almonds, and pieces of chocolate bar.
 - To finish, pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold, and bake for 40 minutes.
