Delicious Coleslaw
Discover this coleslaw recipe. This winter salad, made with cabbage, carrots, and a yogurt-mayonnaise sauce with apple cider vinegar, can be enjoyed either as a starter or alongside burgers, for example.

Mayonnaise

Preparation
- 1Prepare the vegetables
Grate the cabbage and carrot.
 - 2Prepare the sauce
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
 - Resting
Add the seasoning to the grated vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving cold.
