Tiramisu is an iconic Italian dessert that will delight your taste buds with its delicate blend of textures and flavors. Tiramisu for 8 people

Ingredients

  • Egg

  • Mascarpone

    Mascarpone 250 g

  • Ladyfinger Biscuits

  • Strong Coffee

    Strong Coffee

  • Rum (to taste or vanilla sugar)

Preparation

    Prepare 1/2 liter of unsweetened black coffee and let it cool.

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar and mascarpone.

    Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture. Add the rum or vanilla sugar.

    Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and layer them in the bottom of a mold or baking dish. Cover with a layer of cream, followed by a layer of biscuits, and finish with another layer of cream.

    Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours. Serve directly from the dish and cut a portion for each person.
