Classic Tiramisu Recipe

Prepare 1/2 liter of unsweetened black coffee and let it cool. - 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar and mascarpone. - 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture. Add the rum or vanilla sugar. - 4
Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and layer them in the bottom of a mold or baking dish. Cover with a layer of cream, followed by a layer of biscuits, and finish with another layer of cream. - To finish
