Peel the mango and cut it into pieces, placing them in a large bowl. Peel the kiwis, cut them into cubes removing the central white part, and add them to the bowl. - 2
Cut the pomegranate into four pieces and extract the seeds. Do this under water, it will be easier to separate the seeds from the white skin and will prevent any unsightly stains. - For finishing touches
Wash the apple and cut it into pieces, leaving the skin on. Gently mix everything while adding lime juice (sweeten if desired) and enjoy quickly to retain the vitamins.
