Marbled Raspberry Vanilla Bumps

Ingredients

  • Egg

    3 units of Egg

  • Flour

    180 g of Flour

  • Sugar

    110 g of Sugar

  • Baking Powder

    1 packet of Baking Powder

  • Vanilla

    1 pod of Vanilla

  • Milk

    100 g of Milk

  • Butter

    120 g of Butter

  • Raspberry Puree

    50 g of Raspberry Puree

  • Raspberry Pink Colorant

    1 pinch of Raspberry Pink Colorant

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place your bump mold on a perforated tray. Melt the butter in the microwave and whisk the eggs and sugar together.

    Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla, milk or yogurt, and melted butter. Divide the batter in half. Pour the raspberry puree and the pink food coloring into one half.

    Fill the molds alternating with 1 teaspoon of raspberry batter then 1 teaspoon of vanilla batter. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before unmolding.
