    190 g Sugar

  • Fresh cream

    70 g Fresh Cream

  • Flour

    200 g Flour

  • Cornstarch

    60 g Cornstarch

  • Baking powder

    8 g Baking Powder

  • Butter

    180 g Butter

  • Powdered vanilla

    1 tsp Powdered Vanilla

  • Pistachio paste

    2 tbsp Pistachio Paste

    Mix the eggs, powdered vanilla, and sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Combine well. Then, add in the fresh cream and pistachio paste. Melt the butter and incorporate it into the mixture. Mix everything together and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the batter into a Parisian brioche mold. Bake for 50 minutes. A nice dome will form in the middle. Unmold and serve.
