Ingredients

                    Flour 250 g

                    Almond Powder 50 g

                    Sugar 120 g
 - 
                    Soft Butter 100 g
 - 
                    Egg 1 unit
 - 
                    Liquid Vanilla 1 tbsp
 
Preparation

Pour all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well. -

Add the egg, softened butter, and vanilla, mixing until a homogeneous ball forms. -

Shape into a flattened ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. -

On a silicone mat, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm with a rolling pin. -

Cut shapes of your choice using Christmas cookie cutters. -

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes at 190°C. -
