Preparation

    Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape the seeds with a knife.

    Add the seeds from the vanilla pod to the egg and sugar mixture. Gradually fold in the cream.

    Fill your ramekins and bake for 45 minutes at 100°C (212°F).
