Chocolate and Praline Christmas Cookies
It’s the perfect time to enjoy delicious Christmas treats with family and friends. I recommend this recipe for small chocolate and praline cookies.

Flour 250 g

Sugar 120 g

Butter 125 g

Add the ingredients
In a large bowl, add the eggs and sugar, then mix well.

Make the dough
Add the flour to the previous mixture and knead everything by hand. Add the butter cut into small pieces and knead to form a ball. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour.

Roll out the dough
On a clean, floured surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin to your desired thickness.

Cut out the cookies
On a baking sheet, add parchment paper. Using cookie cutters, cut out small cookies and place them on the sheet.

Bake
Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes at 175 °C. Keep an eye on the baking.

Add the chocolate and praline
Once the cookies are baked, melt the chocolate in a plate, then dip one side of the cookie into the chocolate. Sprinkle some praline on top using a spoon.
