Delicious Almond Crinkles

Preparing the Dough
In a small bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Gradually add the sugar.
In another bowl, mix the almond flour and flour, then fold in the sweetened egg whites. Form a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Baking
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and form balls the size of a walnut; roll them in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly flatten them with a fork. Bake for about ten minutes. They should remain soft.

Dust them again with powdered sugar!
