Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). - 2
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and combine the wet ingredients in another bowl. - 3
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon (no whisk necessary). - 4
Do NOT over-mix; just gently combine the ingredients until the flour is moistened. Any leftover flour will incorporate during baking. - 5
Pour the mixture into silicone muffin molds, filling them generously and sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each muffin. - Finally, bake for 14-15 minutes at 220°C (428°F).
