Ingredients
-
Chocolate 200 g
-
Eggs 4 units
-
Apples 2 units
-
Butter 80 g
-
Flour 100 g
-
Sugar 60 g
-
Baking Powder 1 packet
Preparation Steps
- 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2 Peel and dice the apples (not too small, as they will shrink while cooking). Sauté the diced apples in a pan over low heat without any fat for about 10 minutes.
- 3 Break the chocolate into a bowl, add the butter, and melt in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at maximum power.
- 4 In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, eggs, flour, and sugar, and mix well. Then add the baking powder. Grease the cake pan.
- 5 Place a few apple pieces in the bottom of the cake pan, pour in the mixture, and add 3/4 of the remaining apple pieces. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- 6 Once out of the oven, let the cake cool, then add the rest of the apple pieces on top. For those who like, feel free to sprinkle powdered sugar for decoration.
