Ingredients

  • Flour

    Flour 250 g

  • Almond Powder

    Almond Powder 50 g

  • Sugar

    Sugar 120 g

  • Soft Butter

    Soft Butter 100 g

  • Egg

    Egg 1 unit

  • Liquid Vanilla

    Liquid Vanilla 1 tbsp

Preparation

    Pour all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.

    Add the egg, softened butter, and vanilla, mixing until a homogeneous ball forms.

    Shape into a flattened ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    On a silicone mat, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm with a rolling pin.

    Cut shapes of your choice using Christmas cookie cutters.

    Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes at 190°C.
