Refreshing Red Fruit Salad with Mint Syrup

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

  • Blueberry

  • Raspberry

  • Brown sugar

    Brown Sugar
    4 tbsp

  • Juice of a lime

    Juice of one lime

  • Mint

    Mint
    A few sprigs

Instructions

    Prepare the mint syrup: place 1 yogurt pot filled with cold water in a saucepan with the brown sugar and the leaves from 2 sprigs of mint. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Once the syrup has cooled, add the lime juice.

    Clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half or into thirds.

    In a mixing bowl, combine all the fruits and pour the mint syrup through a strainer. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

    Just before serving, add a few mint leaves to your salad.
