Refreshing Red Fruit Salad with Mint Syrup

Prepare the mint syrup: place 1 yogurt pot filled with cold water in a saucepan with the brown sugar and the leaves from 2 sprigs of mint. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Once the syrup has cooled, add the lime juice. - 2
Clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half or into thirds. - 3
In a mixing bowl, combine all the fruits and pour the mint syrup through a strainer. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. - To finish
Just before serving, add a few mint leaves to your salad.
