The great thing about this recipe is that we cook everything at the same time! Grab your steamer or Thermomix, it’s the same. Cook the potatoes, eggs, and green beans simultaneously, each on its respective level. Let them steam for 30 minutes. No need to keep an eye on it, let the magic happen.

Retrieve 3 boiled egg yolks (keep the others for later). Mash them with a fork, and add the plain yogurt. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Mix well to create a crazy and ultra-light sauce!
