Mother’s Day Bento Cake Preparation
Gather all the ingredients needed to prepare a bento cake for Mother’s Day. Take the products out of the refrigerator in advance so they reach an even room temperature.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius in convection mode or 180 degrees Celsius in top and bottom heat mode without ventilation.
Baking the Sponge Cake
The sponge cake will be baked on a rectangular baking tray measuring 26 by 38 centimeters. Make sure to line the tray with parchment paper.
