Preparation

    Bring the milk and cream to a boil.

    Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Then, add the milk and cream mixture.

    Pour the mixture into ramekins. Place the ramekins in a dish filled with hot water for a bain-marie.

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
